Do I need written health and safety programs under OHSA?

Yes, under Section 25(2)(j) of the OHSA, employers must develop and maintain written health and safety policies and programs.

Are Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) records required?

Yes. Workplaces with 20 or more workers must maintain JHSC meeting minutes, inspection reports, and recommendations (OHSA s.9).

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once materials are downloaded or accessed, no refunds or exchanges can be issued.
