Have Questions?

Do small businesses need written health and safety programs?
Yes. All employers must have written safety policies and programs under OHSA. These documents show how you keep workers safe and help you stay compliant during inspections.

What if I don’t know what I need?
That’s completely normal. An assessment will show what you already have, what’s missing, and what to fix.
Assessments and reports also include simple safety solution recommendations to help you move forward.

What if I just need help getting started?
Setup support is available if you have materials but aren’t sure how to put them into place. We help you organize your documentation and guide your supervisors on next steps.

Do I need a Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC)?
If you have 20+ workers, you must have a JHSC.
If you have 6–19 workers, you need a Health and Safety Representative.
These records must be kept and available for inspection.
